Usually this happens on my 3rd account for some unknown reason or my PCT, and I am sure some of you guys have experienced this. For me the solution was fixed by having to verify my account and log into pokemon go again just to see my progress, this could lead to a soft ban but for me it didn't so. I was in Washington for 2min and went to LA for my bot. My other two accounts do not need to be verified or I don't have too cause they still log in just fine without it. That's how I fixed my issue is by verifying and logging in for a brief moment.
