The pf stopped working for me since the update, nor even the newest 1.0.115 version. So I guess it's either *FORCED* like moderator says or I got unlucky.

1)Bot from wednsday till friday,
2)get 3-4 2k cp pokemons,
3)take down all gyms on neighborhood with multiple accounts.
4)???
5)banned on monday
6)bot again on wednsday
7)profit!

That's so true. They're spending so much time and resources to get rid of bots instead of putting it all into updates and features.

The only thing bots are interfering with are gyms, and most of the Pokemon go players don't care for the poor gym battle gameplay anyways.
It's just a power trip for a small company. Theyre in the spotlight right now so they want to show people they can stand their ground lol.

They spend those resources on stopping botting because we have a massively unfair advantage over players who don't bot, we're the ones forcing them into that position. Stop victim blaming and enjoy being a cheater like the rest of us

It is the best thing for the game. I know I am in a bot forum, still bots are ruining this game since one of the goals is to conquer gyms. At times when they didnt ban bots there were bots on my small hometown owning gyms with 3000 snorlax or dragonites. They were lvl 38, me and my friends were around lvl 20. We didnt see a point in trying to take the gyms and lost interest in the game.
Now it slowly comes back, but I kinda think it is too late. At this point they have to introduce new features and thats what Niantic is trying to do with appraisal and the soon to come "near pokestop" tracking feature.

It was a good tactic for the game, but now I have to farm pokestops by myself again which kinda sucks since there arent that many around where I live
