Dear Community,

the new Pokemon GO client is available since yesterday. The updates are just available for everyone right now and it won't take much time anymore that this update is forced on their servers.

So, what's happening?

  • Pokefarmer will not work anymore as soon as the update is **forced** on their side. In other words, for now it still works. But this may change within minutes or hours. We'll keep you updated.
  • We are already working on updating Pokefarmer.

However, Niantic have added a bunch of new network messages, and we know exactly what has been added, and removed. Yes there are new methods on their side to prevent botting.

So, what to do when Pokefarmer stops working?

  • Stay tight and wait for the update. :)
  • THIS PROCESS TAKES AS LONG AS IT TAKES. WE GIVE OUR BEST TO KEEP THE DOWNTIME VERY SHORT.

is there a way to "freeze my account / key" if we are not using it whats the point of paying ... no im not mad just asking a question

I am running PF 1.0.115.0 without any issues at the moment, I guess I am a little confused by the main post. Will pokefarmer stop working on its own, once Niantic pushes their new version 0.35? should I shut down PF until there is a new version of PF greater than 1.0.115.0 ?

I was thinking it was a pretty stingy thing to post as well. Easily find +0.16 cents on the ground on any given day. lol
that's a pretty bad answer.. what if you have x licenses? taking your numbers as fact it's $0.16/day/license doesn't scale well... his question seems legitimate. If there is a significant amount of downtime i'd expect licenses to be extended tbh.

The update has not been forced yet. Therefore the bot still works. As soon as it is mandatory for all regions to update to the new 0.35 Android 1.5.0 iOS PokeFarmer will automatically shut off.

If a storm knocks out the power and you are no longer able to watch TV, would you ask the cable company for a refund for those hour(s)/day(s) you are not able to watch TV (its a service) ? My Last words on this because its not the place for this conversation.

My guess is his original question my have more relevance if PokeFarmer plans to be down for >1-2 MONTHS. A day or two is nbd, but if I miss whole paid cycles, thats a problem.

If they are down for over a week, it will use up the rest of my subscription time. Considering all of the crap I have faced from Niantic, I will probably just forget about Pokefarmer unless the poor starving folks at Bossland offer me a reason to try their bot a little while longer. At this point, Niantic is winning their war against botters by an overwhelming margin. I will need some sort of incentive to hang on much longer.

I understand both sides, although your analogy is off for what you are trying to state. The difference with asking the cable company VS Bossland is pretty clear. The cable company, their service is still working, Pokefarmer will be down (based on the question about the poster's question in regards to credit). The answer would be yes, if my cable company had an outage (I.E., their product failed to work such as an outage), I would call up and ask for credit for the time it was down.

Crud, i just rolled through 4 accounts happily botting away with the new updates.
Oh well, cya accounts! it was a fun 8 hour run...

I have been banned so many times I've lost interest... But I do bot 24/7 so I can only blame myself.

Please

Hi Guys

The person who was asking about an extension due to downtime, are you for real? lol its a cheat software that your probably using to create accounts to sell to other people and your asking if you get an extension at 16c a day.

I've lost so many accounts but i dont lose hope! Someday , maybe with the upcoming bot updates we will be safe from the banhammers! Let's just wait to see for how long ? only god knows stay calm and bot!

It's a shame Niantic wastes all their time and resources on preventing botting instead of actually making the game fun. Perhaps then we would enjoy actually playing the game instead of beating the system.
