Pokemon Fleeing but able to loot pokestops

Hi, i've been using the bot these days.

but lately, i've found that sometimes all my pokemon flee, but the pokestops still work ( i supposed i'm not banned at this point).
I'm level 27 right now. i started botting when i was 24. i've seen some posts about this. but no answer.

Hope someone might have some usefull info
