Pokemon flee, not softban?

Ok so, I'm aware of the softban issues and what not, and only use 1 instance of pokefarmer.

so today I'm botting along just fine, and noticed all pokemon are fleeing after first pokemon, even 10 cp..
however I can do Gym battles, upgrade/evolve pokemon, and even use Pokestops ? Is my account under inspection or something ? It's been like 5 hours since and still the same issue. I don't imagine it's a soft ban for the reasons above, pokestops still give items, and i even gained a level on a gym..

just ALL pokemon flee after first ball. .-.

also tested on Nox and nexus 5x set to same location bot used, same effect in the actual app.

Ok, how can you fix this?
Do not **ever** use your mobile device while using the bot. You cannot play the Game on two devices. We noticed that using two or more devices at the same time can produce this "bug".

What to do now?

1) Stop Pokefarmer.
2) Start Pokemon GO on your mobile device. Hit settings. Hit logout.
3) Wait 30 minutes.
