Pokemon BOT (CANT PRESS START)

i cant press start on my bot for some reason anyone can help please?

we tried reinstalling, installing VISUAL C+++, but the start button wont pop up to put in the PTC or GOOGLE info - we brought the key and all

clear cache folder,power cycle your router and try again

i did all those steps and still no good i deleted the whole thing and even tried that again too
