Pokemon are fleeing all the time

Hey guys,
I just bought this bot and started the newest version.
I've set up some coordinates and my bot is walking around.
He is looting pokestops and it works fine. But everytime the bot tries to catch a pokemon (he always tries it with an ultra ball)
I get the notification that the pokemon fled. (Always after first try. No matter what CP)
After 4 or 5 fled Pokemon my bot stops working and I get the notification: " Restricted response from game server. Please try again in 12 hours."

Can anyone help me?

I cant catch pokemon and my bot stops working after 5 Pokémon fled.

1. you can remove softban with spinning a same pokestop 40 - 50 times ( works 1000% ) if you got a softban, there is also a pokemon cap on daily basis that means you can catch 1k ( not sure 900 or 1k ) pokemons a day after that every pokemon is gona fled away.
2. as it goes for your ultraball problem, you can set it in settings to catch pokemons ( with lowest ball first or highest ball first ) , simple solution .
