Pokefarmer Won't Load

I recently purchased a Key and installed Pokefarmer. There were issues with the .dll file on it and another program that I wanted. I ended up doing a total reinstall, got the .dll file to work. Pokefarmer is still not working however. It starts to load with the white screen with the loading dots but then "Encounters a problem and needs to close." I got the same error with the last pokefarmer build, got busy and didn't mess with it for a while until the new build came out thinking that may fix it.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64, all of the updates are installed.

I read through some of the problems, I disabled my antivirus, authorized the ports that pokefarmer requested, etc. but still didn't work.

Here are the logs & a screen shot of the error.

It still is not working. I was in the city so I picked up enough poke balls to be good up until now. I downloaded the newest version of PokeFarmer 1.0.193

I uninstalled all of the Visual C++ that were on my computer, restarted, installed the Buddy Wizard which reinstalled them fine, restarted again just in case.

Initially my Antivirus blocked me loading Pokefarmer so disabled my antivirus, Deleted the unzipped file, re-unzipped it, & tried to run it again. I got the same error as above.

Did you make sure VC and your windows is updated? Your graphic drivers also
 
I installed VC++ from the Buddy Wizard link above. The Buddy Wizard said they were OK. Just Tried repairing them, they said it was successful but it still won't work.

There were 2 Office Updates pending which wouldn't matter. I just installed them just for fun and it didn't help.

My graphics card is up to date. It is an older card, I built my computer to be a beast back when I built it, though it is older now but still running strong. Could the video card/drivers not be compatible with Pokefarmer? Back when Windows 10 was installing itself for free whether you wanted it or not I found my video card wasn't supported by Windows 10.
It is an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series.
 
It might be issues due to the card. Hmm, were you able to run PF before?
 
I haven't ever been able to run it unfortunately. I think I've tried it on the last 3 versions of Pokefarmer now.

@CAcove do you mean the updates for the VC++? I have tried updating them through Win-Update, deleted them & ran win-update again to install them. I tried repairing them them using the individual redistributable files, deleted the files and installed them fresh. I've deleted them and run the Buddy Wizard file this last time. The buddy wizard said they were installed and gave it a big green checkmark. Each time I uninstalled them & re-installed them I restarted the computer.

I actually did a clean install on my computer & updated everything before I posted the first support post.
 
Do you have another PC with a newer graphics card that you can test it on?
 
by updates I meant, the newest version of Pokefarmer as occasionally the auto update process can fail or sometimes bug out during update, though rare, it can happen.
 
I did use the newest version of Pokefarmer. I downloaded the newest one from the downloads section the day I posted each time. So the one I tried last was version .193. I just downloaded it again and it is the same version currently

I could try it on another computer and it would probably work but it wouldn't help me much since I couldn't use that computer anytime I wanted.
 
And just to confirm, it used to work on the computer you are having issues with correct?
 
Ah so this is a new purchase and first time use. Ok, just wanted to clarify. Could you hit up one of our Discord Support members, and ask them to assist with a remote assistance request if all else fails, it could be the machine is too old, or it could be something else we are just unable to see at this time, which our crew like Dakos and Necrid for example are really good with helping on.
