Pokefarmer warning says to wait for 4 hours, or risk ban

I apologize for posting this question originally in the wrong section,

I got this message after using Pokefarmer for a while. I tried logging in, but the same message pops up everytime:

"You are about to run the bot and risk a ban"

It then tells me wait for 4 hours. It doesn't give an explanation why I have to wait for 4 hours. I'm guessing it might be for some several possible reasons. Maybe I used the bot for too long? Maybe I caught too many pokemon? Maybe I spun too may pokestops? Or is there a new version coming out and I have to wait for that?

When I switch to a different account, I still get the same message. Is it safe to use a different account that I haven't botted in the last 24 hrs?

Is there a specific reason why this warning keeps popping up when I try to start Pokefarmer?

if you're botting multiple accounts, you wanna use different PF folders. Inside one PF Folder we have a file that tracks the statistics of pokemons caught and pokestops looted. Using the same folder for multiple accounts messes up the statistics hence you getting the warning.
