Pokefarmer stuck in loading - Windows 7 build 159

My pokefarmer on my laptop is stuck in the loading screen. I'm sure this is a common issue and i've seen it around but none of the fixes have worked for me. I purchased a 1 month plan and would like to start using it asap. Help is much appreciated. Its been like this for over 20minutes. Tried re-install still nothing.
