can you tell me why it doesn't start?
there is no problem with google account

i couldn't do anything for about 6 hours
my product key has never been accessed from anyone else's account
i tried shut down the firewall/antivir, but it's the same

and, I do not use multiple devices

Yes. I use browsecVPN in chrome occasionally to connect to a specific site

A lots people have this problem , work fine after changed pc, someone said even reinstall windows still does not work , but it's not make sense for you changed IP address and reinstall windows still the same , just try use other pc
