Pokefarmer seems to ignores my my "Do not catch Pokemon list"

Firstly fantastic bot!

However my "Do not catch Pokemon list" is being ignored and I'm still catching rats, pigeons etc

Any ideas?

I'm going to download a fresh copy. Is there a way I can save my settings?

I have downloaded a fresh copy and changed all my settings but still getting the same problem

Okay tested some more. It works but when a Pokemon, that appears that is on my rare list, is caught the bot starts catching all Pokemon.
