pokefarmer not catching pokemons

my pokefamrmer is not catching any pokemons... he only loot pokestops.. even if i see on the map pokemons he still loot only pokestops....
i have "catch pokemons" options enabled
and i got space for other pokemons

ok i tried run this account by bluestack looks like i was unable to use change AR mode... i just got black screen.. they change something ?
