Pokefarmer not catching pokemon

Hey i purchased pokefarmer yesterday and so far can only get it too loot pokestops and walk around. I have catch pokemon checked and no pokemon are being ignored. It will every now and then find one and catch it but usually the pokemon nearby will pop up on the map and then almost instantly disaper. I noticed when trying to use the web site fastpokemap.se on my computer it does the same thing the pokemon nearby pop up but then instantly dissapper. Im not sure how to attach a log file but will gladly do so if needed. Any ideas how to fix this?
 
Its very random for it to actually catch a pokemon most the time they just dissaper after running for 30 min+ in one the hot spots in my city im lucky to catch one or two. Typically they are just appearing and then instantly dissapering.

Might be because PF isn't fully integrated with the latest version of pokemongo. We're still working on getting it fully integrated.

Works fine on my desktop not sure what the problem is on the laptop.

I'm not sure off the top of my head but i know its high. Its like it doesnt detect the pokemon at all not just catch them. Every so often they will pop up on the map but its usually just like a blink and they dissapper all my settings are pretty much the same as my desktop that is working. It will walk around, loot pokestops, transfer what items and pokemon i tell it too just wont detect them. Im guessing it has something to do some some sort of settings on the computer I had the exact same problem with the website Fastpokemap.SE. Worked fine on desktop and my phone but on my laptop when it detects them it just blinks and then they go away. Im no expert but i was thinking it was some sort of default setting on my laptop thats preventing a plug in maybe or whatever it is that make them pop up on the map. This is a brand new laptop though so i havent messed with any settings its all default. Done alot of google searches trying to figure it out but no luck yet. I have a MSI apachi GE 62 Pro if that helps at all (the puter thats having issues).
 
Okay what are your time zone settings?
 
My computer is set to EST time. If there is a setting for time zones on the on the bot I am not seeing it but it is not on EST time.
 
Also ive been using it at work just to walk/hit poke stops ive noticed when i very first turn it on alot of times it will catch one pokemon but then after that they just blink and dissapper. If i leave it on for say 30 min to an hour i will see that it has caught one or two but the mass majority are just blinking and then going away.

Try setting it to the same time zone as the bot. Lemme know how that works
