Pokefarmer loots pokestop twice!

Like the title says , the bot tries to loot the same pokestop twice. It succeeds on the first try but on the second try, it receives en error (obviously).
This doesn't happen on every pokestop. I can catch pokemons just fine and loot pokestops.
Other Details:
I haven't botted in the last 24 hours so I'm not over the 1k/2k limit. The walking distance is 500m and speed is 10.8 (bike). Have been botting at the same place since forever (no jumping around), I do login on my phone every now and then but with the GPS off and I don't do anything at all on the phone (like evolve, powerup etc), I just see the pokedex entries. System is Win7.

Now I can't even connect to the login servers.

"Could not connect to login servers. Probably wrong password?"

I checked the "remember password" button for google login so I haven't even entered a new password since the last time I was able to login properly. I tried killing the active session from BuddyAuth but no use. Tried entering the password again, restarting computer but same error. I can login into my phone using the same account with GPS off (I'm not banned). I close the app on phone before trying pokefarmer again.

As you'll see in the log, it was working fine until 22:55, then it paused/hanged until 00:43 after which I had to close the bot.

Okay, So i used another laptop and got the bot to working again.

But the original error persists. The bot tries to loot some (not all) of the pokestops twice and gets an error the second time. Everything else works fine. Is this some sort of new "catch botters" measure from Niantic?
