Pokefarmer just says 'IDLE'

Whenever i start the bot it does nothing it just says idle at the bottom left corner. Can someone help me please?

when this happens to me usually just wait 25-45 minutes after killing all sessions you have open. must of been signing in and out alot to snipe a pokemon on a few accounts?
