Pokefarmer IS NOT CATCHING Pokemons !

He goes from Pokestop to pokestop, loots them but ignores every pokemon that appears... I'm not banned, pokefamrer just ignores the pokemon like theyre not there. What the crap ? And of course my settings are correct, im not retarded.
