Im not banned i can still bot when when i jump cords sometims it says it?
Does the bot say this message or is it niantic?

The bot. The reason why is cause you're jumping coordinates. You shouldn't use the bot to teleport distances you can't have traveled by time.

I stayed in Central Park for weeks. And then I did a path like a kids going back to school. I walked around my neighborhood off and on for a day. And then went to campus. I never did any big jumps.
