Pokefarmer get stuck while logging in

hi,

i cant start the bot session.
i tryed:

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
install Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center
restart

but without any results. same problem after these steps.

What else can i do to fix it?
