With the new Pokemon Go update with the new Gyms the system has changed so the bot makers have to review and make changes so the Bot isnt working until they do. It will be updated soon and they will give us extra days on our keys!

The Ankh hit the nail on the head. Simply put if you never got to start using your key yet, time doesnt start going down, if you have, then the downtime is added back on after.
