It write "looting pokestop" but I don't get anything. why?
did I get soft ban? if I did i belive that was because I changed my location. How do you change your location without getting soft banned?

So let's say i'm in NYC now. I teleport to japan, it has to be the time frame a regular person takes to travel from NYC to Japan, Not like 5mins to "get" to japan. (You would have to wait 13hours+ before you could teleport to japan)

About botting, i cannot advice on that. It depends on person to person what you're comfortable with. If you're not willing to risk that account then don't bot on that account, create a brand new one.

I bot with a new account that I made especially for botting. I just want to know this because I don't want to get banned again.

I can't give you a specific range of time. It depends how aggressive your bot settings are.

Sorry that I'm so annoying but I just don't want to get banned everytime.
Is there any guide to determine the length of each session depending on the settings? Or something that atleast can guide me?

I would just do a couple of hours at max? and at walking speed. And not teleport around.
