PokeFarmer Crashes after key is inputted

I recently imaged my computer with Windows 7 (previously windows 8) and when I try to run Pokefarmer it prompts me to input key and after I do and press ok it crashes. Everything works up to that point.

Post a log over in the support section. Check your event viewer too, that'll give you an idea of what's happening.

Besides this post a log file in support.

Ensure you have the latest .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 C++ redistributable package installed.
