Servers are still down. Gotta wait for Hatching to restart them.

Is there a reason to the servers going down? I realize I shouldn't know everything about the process, but would it harm us to give us info on what exactly is happening to the servers? Just would like to be enlightened since its two days in a row and around the same time both days.
