pokefarmer bot freezes upon clicking "start bot"

I can input location/settings/etc fine, but upon clicking "start bot" the program freezes and says "not responding".

Screenshot provided of versions/install dates for .net and C++ redistributable

Windows 7 Enterprise with SP1

I know many others are having this issue and I've tried many things before posting here.

*windows defender and windows firewall totally disabled
*downloaded the installation wizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
*ran them all successfully
*windows updates done
*installed https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe and got all 3 of the programs installed with a green check mark before closing
*installed Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 from Official Microsoft Download Center Trying to install this or any .net gives an error saying I have a more recent/up to date version (i.e. it's all installed)
*restarted computer

I've run this program successfully on two other computers:

On computer 1, I had the api error and had to perform the aforementioned trouble-shooting steps
On computer 2, the application ran fine without any troubleshooting

Neither of these computers are my own and I no longer have access to them and, thus, can't bot until this issue is resolved.

On my current computer, I had the api error as well initially...after following the trouble-shooting steps found in this forum, I was able to launch the program, but not able to "start bot"
 
I went back through *again* the recommended steps of:

"remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
install Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 from Official Microsoft Download Center
restart"

And it's still freezing up when I click start bot
 
CONFIRMED FIXED BY CHANGING WIRELESS NETWORKS

Hello again! I wondered if the issues was the internet network I was using (it was at work)

I brought my entire PC to my girlfriend's place (where I'd successfully used the program on her laptop) and the program now works on my PC
