Pokefarmer acting "slow" ??

Yesterday and the days before it was doing 15000~25000 EXP/H and running smooth, today for some reason it's acting up doing 5000~9000 EXP/H plus its doing random "IDLE" moments, also taking forever to do a command like " Waiting a moment before catching *pokemon*... "; "Walking to *pokemon*.." ; "Looting Pokestop". I've tried to download the files and replaced the old ones but it still running "poorly". Any thoughts on what might be the problem ?
