PokeFarmer 1.0.189 doesn't work

I just bought the key yesterdy. But your program of PokeFarmer 1.0.189 doesn't work. I tried many times for download and run latest version of Pokefarmer softwaare. But still doesn't work. Please find the LOG as below (I can't attache log file, sorry). Please solve the big program for me. Thank you
