Pokefarm is spamming the same pokestop e16ed46b57de43089d011d4c9c1aa7e2.16 failed

I've bought this program having hopes that this would be fixed, but I've ran this bot for only 9-12 minutes. I come back to check up on it and i see that's it stuck spamming the same pokestop. Is there a solution to this problem or no?
