I'm using Keep three of each, with highest CP and IV. It used to work just fine, and now (even thought I made no changes to settings initially) it doesn't. Now it reaches 250 pokemon (max) and doesn't transfer, just ignores all pokemon on the map. I can transfer manually...
I even tried enabling Transfer immediately and disabling Protect fav pokemon.
