Pokémon GO - UI Redesign

sweet, but will this apply in the future or can we do that from this website?
 
This is just a mockup, has nothing to do with Niantic or planned ui changes.

This is basically "fan art." Nothing to do with Niantic.

The person that created this is a graphic designer, creating stuff for her portfolio. Beautiful design nonetheless.

i wonder what happens if Niantic uses some of her designs without permission, will she have a right to sue them?
 
If they copied them exactly as you see, then she would have every right to sue them.

Unfortunately, there's only so much variation in user-friendly design - they could look at her work and make something similar by hand without any legal repercussions. Actually, as I was looking through her work, I was wondering how Pokefarmer's UI could be improved with inspiration from her design. I will probably play around in Photoshop later and see what I could come up with. Just as fun project.
 
Niantic can't even get the game up and running properly (and don't seem in any hurry too), why would they take on anything as wonderful as this and improve the game, because they are all about the money. Maybe We should start a rumor that John Hanke is working on the Clinton campaign, he might not last too long :)
