Plugins won't work

Hey guys I am trying to download mr.honorcap plugin and when I download it and extract it the plugins folder it is not showing up in my honorbuddy plugins

then you didn't follow the instructions in the thread on how to install the plugin properly.

i wrote it right on the release thread. if you downloaded the plugin you looked at it.

Now it's working maybe it was just the download of mr.honorcap?
