Plugins will not load...

can you see them in the plugins list but unchecked?

Check the plugins directory in the Settings/GlobalSettings.xml

i checked, my plugins also dont load
Delete the DefaultRoutine folder from Routines.
It's error'ing out trying to load the routine, and never making it to the point where it loads all of the plug-ins.
