Plugins not working

i have installed TL via installer.
TL is running and working (sometimes okay, sometimes bad).

But the problem is, the plugins are not working.
Hotspot Logger and pauseKeys are not responding.
I cant click on configure (grey, disabled) and it is not doing anything if i press F10,F11,F12.

Any idea?

removed all profiles, all the same.

configure button disabled (plugin enabled), not responding to any keys

yes, plugins enabled.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
