Plugins not showing up

all I see is a config option but when I press it, nothing happens. I need botloader to work so I can heal groups....

What Discipline are you?
Cause this craps the bot out, till the point it doesnt anything else
And please dont use multiple routines in one BW installment.
Either use DC or Pure
