Plugins in alphabetical order

Is it possible to arranged in alphabetical order in plugin window?

This has been asked every so often. And I, too, would like to see it. There are about 20 plugins in my list that are enabled and disabled based on what I'm doing, and trying to make sure everything is set up right for 'this session' is tedious.

In the hopes of it being addressed eventually, I've opened Bugtracker #949 for this.
