PLugins dosnt work

Sometimes, after bot restarts via relogger all my plugins become deactivated wich leads to bot not attacking anyone. Doesnt happen often, but this morning he had 300+ death per hour (i beive he was dieing all night).
Does anyone have this problem or there is a thread i can read about it?

Are they all like that or there is one that doesnt do so? Im using Arelog currently
