Plugins don't show up in DB

Hey all, I've never encountered an issue like this. I've done a clean install on this PC and have properly placed the Armory plugin (both just to be sure) in the plugins folder. However, when I open up DB I don't have the option to select the armory plugin. Could anyone please point me in the right direction or literature to solve this issue? Thanks in advance.
