[Plugin] Turbulence - Auto-make Turbulent, Tormented, Munificent Items.

This plugin will automatically make any of the Turbulent, Tormented, Munificent gear you get from missions.
I made it so that when Garrison Butler (should work with anything though) is doing it's thing, this plugin will convert them to gear, to be disenchanted.

Just place in plugin directory, enable it and you're good to go.

Full Visual Studio Solution provided if you want to poke around. Just give credit where credit is due.
