Plugin to use specific Items/Spells every xx minutes

Very basic plugin with many uses, such as:

- using transform item every xx minutes
- opening clams
- switching minipets
- using elixiers/buffs....

Well, there are plugins already out there for stuff like the enhancement flasks. Doesn't take much coding to change it to something else, like the northrend flasks. Maybe you could change it to use other items as well. Though, a graphical interface to add item names would make it a lot easier.
