Plugin to say hello on dungeon join

Hi guys,

Lately I've been joining a lot of Dungeons with InstanceBuddy.
In 9/10 party's, people say hello on join.

I was wondering if there was a plugin (or if someone could create one) in which you can enter a list of greetings (hi, hey, hello!, what's up, yo, etc.) so it will say one of those greetings upon a dungeon join.
