Plugin to move from stuff on the floor

Well I've got this profile that kills these shao people, but they all cast stuff on the floor.

One casts a shadow thing, one does lightning and one does fire. I am not sure how to find the id's of the stuff but you can find the mobs in Vale of Eternal Blossom - 'The Five Sisters'.

I want a plugin that moves from the stuff on the floor so I don't die as the routine I use doesn't.
