Plugin to change routines without restarting HB?

I've been searching all over for it, but I can't find the plugin that allows you to switch routines without closing out honorbuddy. Does anyone know what it is called, or where I can find it?

This is incredibly strange... It won't let me download the .zip file. When I click on the link to download the .zip file, it redirects me to:

archives are off limits, as they contain stuff that is broken and not maintained.Users can't download files from there for this reasons
