Plugin that ignores bags

I need a Plugin where i can set which Bags to use, e.g i have 4 bags, but 2 are full with transmog gear.

i want the bot to completely ignore those bags and only use 2 + mainbag

possible?

Use your bank for transmog gear? I know that there is a plugin that allows you to blacklist item names but I can't seem to remember where I saw it.

It's not about item names, i can blacklist items, yes. But i want to blacklist the bags, thats far, any i mean FAR more comfortable to me.

anyone know if this is possible at all, or how i could start such a plugin, anyone ever run in such issue?
