Plugin that can log you out after so many hours and in after so many hours

Just looking for a bot that can, lets just say im quest lvling for 6 hours, I would like it to log me out after six hours then log back in after about 4 hours and continue. Is there anything like that out there?

ive been looking for that too, have tried arelog but havent had a great success with it.
