Plugin Tab Not Opening

Hey,

Recently (just today) I tried hitting the Plugins button in HB but nothing opened. This is a pretty big problem for me being a Windows 8 user where some plugin/profile combos don't start properly when loaded by profile and have to manually be started from the Window (Brodiemann / Cava).

Any idea why I cant open the Plugins window?

Ugh.. Never mind. IT's just not popping up as usual (starting minimized)

alright. ill mention to someone there should probably be some check for if theres already a plugin window open.
