[plugin request] loot by colour

Just running a few things, would be nice to try and loot every corpse you come across and only grab green/blue/purple goodies. This would stop the need for bag filters etc. I liked mr Item Remover but it was just a system hog for me, this way the loot is cherry picked.

I realise something would need to be done with Hb as when loot mobs is on it gets everything, if you are telling it not to get a coloured item it will be in an endless loop, maybe better suited in HB core ?
