[plugin request] Emote plugin

One of the things that would make a bot a little more real and may help throw off the blizzard/bot police is a plugin that emotes every once in a while. Like when you're about to kill a mob/player every 10-20 kills do a random emote on that player. Or if sitting idle for too long again make it a range like 30-900 seconds then do a random action out of /dance, /flex, etc. The important part would be making it unpredictable so everything should be in ranges or as random as possible. The emotes should also not happen often enough to allow you to identify a bot.
