Hey guys i'm sorta new on posting on the forums but for the last week I've been working on this project. It basically records what you've done after you've clicked record and saves it to a xml profile mocking your actions.
Any bugs please post it to me.

send your code first to one of the mods, and remove the DL link...

Thats strange it went down one, how do i remove a post? it is a working plugin but i guess u guys want it removed :/

you just hae to edit the post and remove the file... then send a PM with the file and the code to a mod, and wait
...

it isnt hard as it sounds...

it is't a plugin because i dont see a .cs file in their am i right?

And his join date was today
next time this stuff comes up where its an external download link, and an executable file, report the post so proper action can be taken. the reason we dont allow external files is because even if we did verify it, there's nothing stopping him from replacing the file offsite with something that could contain viruses or Trojans and god knows what else.

The file was rigged, I took a look at it and saw it did stuff like edit the windows 'hosts' file to block access to google and other popular sites and it looked like it would scan for passwords as well.
Didn't spend much time on reversing it though

Can't the same happen (replace original file) when users host files internally, or is there some built in virus/malware scan?

Just wondering for personal safety reasons.

it could, but its the same thing, there's a reason why we have everything open source and dont allow things like Dll files and other such closed sources. because at least of you can see the source code you or anyone can see whats going on.

alright, then thread locked. since there's no need for it to stay open.
