[Plugin] MasterAlerter

Hi everyone. Here is my first contribution to Exilebuddy community.

This plugin will alert you when a master found. It has some really nice features like:

• Play sound of your choice. Put your *.wav to plugin's Media folder
  
• Open portal if master found.
• Stop near / in town.
• Chat message if found. Type @master@ in plugin's "Chat Message" field to insert master's name.

If you found some bugs or whatever you can message me in discord RuZZone#5425 . I'll try to answer asap. Hope it works fine

Tnx for the long awaited Master pluggin m8.
One important function is dearly needed though. Any chance to get the PushBullet notification on it? the ols AlerterReloaded had this function, maybe you could implement it from ther?

I tried to use the plugin to look for Zana and stop for her..but the plugin currently detects the Zana in Templar Laboratory and stops.

Hmmm... Never thought someone will use it in Templar Laboratory Added "The Templar Laboratory" to ignore. Should work now.

It would be great if the bot could stay active while in standby mode so when it stops mobs don't fuck it up. It should continue to kill or heal/use potions in the vicinity of the master when it stops. There were a few plugins with this feature in the past. Any way to add this?
