Plugin Help :D

Hello there I'm new here so don't flame me please but if you have to go ahead .

I basically need help understanding this plugin Allrounder I have it all set up and I click use disenchant.

However I dont know how to just run disenchant, Do I need to use a profile or what any help would be appreciated.
