Plugin will scan for new dropped bags and replace smallest one if you will obtain bigger. I didn't add protection for unique equipped bags yet, I didnt have this issue, but this will probably cause plugin to freak out.
This will help AutoEquip2 taking care of bags - AE2 equips bags only if one of slots is null, AutoBag will work only if you have all bag slots equipped and upgrade in inventory.

Another edit: BugFix, plugin will now move new bag to last slot in bag back to prevent situation, when you are trying to equip bag that is stored in bag you are trying to replace. That's impossible, so now fresh obtained bag will be moved to backpack (last slot) first. Also added 1 sec sleeps, so plugin wont try to equip same item few time in few milliseconds.
